Service Description

All Levels Class: In this traditional 75 minute Hatha Yoga class we will work with the breath, postures, systematic relaxation and meditation. Our intention is that you leave class feeling centered, calm, expanded and embodied. All are welcome in this class. There will be modifications given for those who need extra support. Props will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
